2027 Special Examination Arrangements (SEA) applications open January 27 2027. Rollover of previously approved applications close 22 February 2027. Alternative format applications and new SEA applications close 12 March 2027.

The last day to submit Special Examination Arrangement applications for all known or ongoing conditions for 2026 VCE and VCE VET external examinations is Tuesday, 15 September 2026, 5:00pm. From Wednesday, 16 September 2026, the Emergency Application Form may be submitted via email to the Special Provision team for any sudden illness, accident, or personal circumstance. This form is available from VASS as a download. Special Provision Online will reopen in Term 1 for 2027 Special Examination Arrangement Applications.

Special Provision Online will not be available due to scheduled system maintenance from 8:00am to 8:30am on Tuesday 22 September.
